My CE Space, LLC is committed to making our website and online continuing education courses accessible to people with disabilities. We want students to be able to find information, choose a course, complete required instruction, make a payment, obtain a certificate, and request support with as few barriers as reasonably possible.

Our Accessibility Efforts

We are working to provide an experience that supports a range of devices, browsers, assistive technologies, and learning preferences. Our ongoing accessibility efforts may include:

- organizing pages with clear headings and consistent navigation;
- using readable text, understandable instructions, and descriptive links;
- supporting keyboard navigation where available;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful images where supported;
- reviewing color contrast and visible focus indicators;
- providing captions, transcripts, audio, written content, or other learning formats where available;
- designing forms and course activities with clear labels and instructions;
- supporting browser zoom and responsive display on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers; and
- reviewing important student tasks such as sign-in, course access, checkout, course completion, and certificate access.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continue to review the website and course experience as content, technology, standards, and student needs change.

Standards and Limitations

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference for improving accessibility. However, we do not represent that every page, document, video, feature, integration, or item of content currently meets every success criterion of a particular accessibility standard.

Some content or functions may be provided through external services or may have technical limitations outside our direct control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an accessible alternative when an accessibility barrier prevents a student from using an important feature or completing a required task.

Available Learning Formats

Some lessons may allow students to watch, listen, or read the instructional content. Available formats vary by lesson and course. Where multiple formats are provided, students may use the supported option that best meets their needs while still completing all required instructional time and course activities.

An accommodation or alternative format does not waive required instructional time, identity verification, payment, participation, or completion requirements. We will work with students to identify a reasonable way to access the required material whenever possible.

Requesting Accessibility Assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need help accessing course content, or would like to request an alternative format or reasonable accommodation, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

- your name;
- the email address associated with your account;
- the page, course, lesson, document, or feature involved;
- a description of the barrier;
- the device, browser, or assistive technology you are using, if relevant; and
- the accommodation or alternative that may help, if known.

You are not required to provide medical details that are unnecessary for us to understand and address the accessibility request.

We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible. The time needed to provide a solution may depend on the nature of the barrier, the requested accommodation, technical limitations, and whether an accessible alternative must be prepared.

Feedback

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of My CE Space. Accessibility feedback will not affect your course enrollment, completion status, certificate, or access to support.
